Bus Bombing in Haifa Kills at Least 15

In Israel, a two-month lull in suicide attacks ends.

Today, a suicide bomber blew up a bus in the northern Israel city of Haifa, killing at least 15 and injuring dozens.

Many of the casualties are thought to be college students from the nearby University of Haifa.
