Even as the Iraq war unfolds, analysts are planning a postwar Iraq, and one offering comes from 28-year-old Joseph Braude.
A scholar of Near East languages and Islamic history and a business consultant to Middle East governments and companies, Joseph is also a second generation Iraqi American whose mother was born into a middle class Jewish family in Baghdad.
His new book is called "The New Iraq: Rebuilding the Country for Its People, the Middle East, and the World."
Here and Now talks to Braude about one aspect of his book, rebuilding Iraq's human infrastructure.
