"Vodou Dance, Vol. 4"
Soulive (Live)
Jazz Releases
Story aired: Monday, April 14, 2003

New Orleans is home of jambalaya, Jackson Square, and lots, lots more, but especially jazz. Later this month, the Crescent City showcases its annual musical jewel: the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.

Two groups playing this year also have new CDs out, the trio Soulive and the group Los Hombres Calientes.

Here and Now's jazz aficionado James Isaacs talks about Soulive and another group playing the festival, Los Hombres Calientes.

Guests:

James Isaacs, jazz reviewer
