Detail, "Rules of Travel" by Rosanne Cash
Rosanne Cash
Story aired: Monday, April 21, 2003

Singer-songwriter Rosanne Cash has just released her first studio album in ten years.

She started recording "Rules of Travel," back in 1998, but suddenly she lost her voice, then she became pregnant and the CD project became secondary.

After giving birth and after some grueling vocal therapy, she finished her new CD and our pop, rock and a little bit of country music critic Tim Riley says it ranks with the best work of her career.

Guests:

Tim Riley, music reviewer.
