Assistant Secretary of State James Kelly met with South Korean's foreign minister today, following the abrupt end of talks among the United States, North Korea, and China on the North Korean nuclear crisis.

Ratcheting up the pressure was the reported revelation by North Korea that it possessed at least one nuclear weapon.
