"A Mighty Wind" movie poster
A Mighty Wind
Story aired: Friday, April 25, 2003

"This is Spinal Tap" alum Christopher Guest is back with another mockumentary, lovingly mocking this time the 60's folk scene. The film is called, "A Mighty Wind," and the central event is a tribute concert that's pulled together after one of the industry's biggest players passes away.

Mitch and Mickey, played by Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara, were the darlings of this fictional folk world, and the film takes us through their past and present as they and the rest of the artists prepare for their reunion show.

Guests:

Renee Graham and Eric Shaefer, film reviewers.

Scott Alarik, folk music reviewer.
