Bremer Takes Lead Role in Iraq

A high powered game of musical chairs is taking place in the Baghdad offices of ORHA, the U.S.-led Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance, the team of 800 experts charged with rebuilding Iraq.

Top Bush administration officials such as retired general Jay Garner and former ambassador Barbara Bodine are being replaced.
