Iraqis Respond to Saddam Tape
Story aired: Tuesday, July 08, 2003

Saddam Hussein's voice seems to have resurfaced, again. For the second time in a week, a tape allegedly from Iraq's ousted leader has aired. The voice encourages Iraqi citizens to 'expel' the foreign invaders and to use 'underground operations' to do so.

The CIA has said that last Friday's message is indeed the voice of Saddam Hussein.

Guests:

Richard Galtin, reporter for the BBC in Baghdad.
