Beijing Delays Anti-Subversion Law

For the second time in three months, China's communist leadership's backed down, a direction they're not accustomed to move in.
First, Beijing admitted there really was a SARS problem. Now, the leadership's man in Hong Kong, chief executive Tun Chee Hwa, has postponed imposing a so-called anti-subversion law known as Article 23 after half a million took to the streets to protest it last week.
