Story aired: Monday, July 28, 2003

A new survey released today shows that nearly one in five of all American workers say they were laid off from a full or part time job in the last three years.

The report from Rutgers University is called "The Disposable Worker: Living in a Job-loss Economy" and it also shows that only 8% of the people surveyed believe that President George W. Bush is doing an excellent job handling issues related to jobs.
