Bush Asks for $87 Billion for Terrorism Fight

President George W. Bush addressed the nation last night on the war in Iraq, the reconstruction, and the ongoing effort to stop terrorism.

There were few specifics in the speech, but there was that announcement from the president that he would go to Congress for another $87 billion to fund the next year of operations.
