Eight Dead in Fallujah Mishap

Iraq is the second country to be permanently transformed by America's reaction to the events two Septembers ago, but the dust has still not settled in Iraq and its people are caught in a convulsion of bloodshed, fear and tragic misunderstandings.

In the city of Fallujah today, American friendly fire has killed at least 8 Iraqi policemen.
