Weapons Hunter Briefs Congress on Iraq

The CIA's special advisor on weapons of mass destruction, David Kay, is back from Iraq and on Capitol Hill today for the first of two days of closed door hearings.

Kay has suggested to Congress in the past that a breakthrough on WMDs was coming, but nothing of the sort is expected from his testimony today.
