Jack Black in 'The School of Rock'
School of Rock
Story aired: Friday, October 03, 2003

Actor Jack Black may be an acquired taste, but he has acquired a cult following. His manic store clerk in "High Fidelity" was a perhaps a better fit than his "Shallow Hal," but nowhe has a role that is custom made.

In "School of Rock," Black plays an unlucky rock musician who finds redemption when he takes a job as a substitute teacher at a private school and teaches the classically trained kids how to rock.
