Recall Election Underway in California

The recall election of Governor Gray Davis in California is underway today. There are many more voters than usual, fewer polling places, and nearly half of all ballots are punch cards. All of this could spell trouble in California.

Ellen Ciurzcak reports from a polling place in Northern California to see how voting is going.
