Gaza Bomb Kills Three Americans
Story aired: Wednesday, October 15, 2003



The U.S. State Department has advised all Americans to leave the Gaza Strip after a roadside bomb killed three Americans traveling in a diplomatic convoy today. A fourth American remains in critical condition. No group has claimed responsibility.

When U.S. officials returned to photograph the bombsite, they were pelted by stones.

Palestinian police shot into the air to drive off the stone-throwers as the Americans fled in their vehicles.
