Books on comfort food are rolling off the presses these days, including one book that is completely dedicated to macaroni and cheese. Here and Now's Kathy Gunst sees people moving towards simpler foods and away from the fancy trends of a few years ago.
What is the most comfortable food of all? Perhaps potatoes. Kathy presents a favorite dish of hers that pays little attention to calories: potato gratin with parmesan and rosemary.
