The Human Stain

The task of bringing "The Human Stain" to film went to Academy Award winning Director Robert Benton of "Kramer Versus Kramer" fame.

Anthony Hopkins plays classics professor Coleman Silk, stripped of his job because of accusations of racism. Nicole Kidman is the working class woman with a troubled past who leads him to confront aspects of his past that he had buried.
