Officials Probe Deadly Missile Attack

The U.S. Air Force could be forced to reevaluate its flight patterns and missile defense measures in Iraq, after 16 Americans died and more than 30 were injured in yesterday's helicopter strike.

According to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, attacks of that nature are part of a war that's "difficult and complicated."
