WTO Rebuke U.S. on Steel Tariffs
Story aired: Wednesday, November 12, 2003

Will the Bush administration lift tariffs on foreign steel as demanded by the European Union earlier this week, or will the E.U. follow through with retaliatory duties on U.S. exports on everything from motorboats to orange juice?

The current face-off is coming close to a full blown trade war, with economic and political significance.

Guests:

Neil King Jr, reporter, Wall Street Journal
