Bush Unveils Military Budget

About half of all discretionary domestic spending in President Bush's new budget request is for the military. Discretionary spending is what Congress can decide whether or not to fund, as opposed to mandated expenditures, like Social Security and Medicare.

So, what's in, and what's not in the $401.7 billion military budget Congress must decide upon?
