Dairy Farms Great and Small
Story aired: Tuesday, February 24, 2004

A small, but growing number of American consumers are turning to organic food.

Sales of organics have been growing by 20 percent a year, and are projected to hit $16 billion this year.

This week on Here and Now, we're looking at one staple in American refrigerators, milk, and today producer Allan Coukell compares two farms, one conventional, the other organic.
