Haiti Rebels Close in on Capital

Haitian rebels continue to advance toward the country's capitol, Port au Prince, as the foreign minister of France called for Haitian President Jean Bertrand Aristide's resignation.

U.S. Secretary Colin Powell raised questions about Aristide's continued viability, stopping just short of calling for his resignation.
