Iraqis React to Constitution

Today, there comes more qualified praise for the new Iraqi constitution. The leader of Iraq's largest Shiite political party says the new temporary Iraqi constitution approved yesterday is a "huge achievement."

The interim constitution frames government and sets out an Iraqi bill of rights. However, like many other Shiites, the leader of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq Abdel Aziz al Hakim thinks the document is not perfect.
