Tyco Trial Suffers Jury Snag

Defense attorneys in the Tyco trail called for a mistrial on the eight-day jury deliberations and after nearly six months of grueling court proceedings.

Former Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski and the firm's former chief financial officer, Mark Swartz, are charged with corruption, including defrauding the company of $600 million.
