Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (AP)
High Court Hears Guantanamo Appeals
Story aired: Tuesday, April 20, 2004

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments today about the more than 600 foreign born prisoners being held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Some of the men have been held for more than two years without access to legal representation.

Critics say the U.S. has set up a "lawless enclave" in Cuba, but the Bush administration claims is a necessary tactic in the "war on terror."

Guests:

Michael Greenberger, University of Maryland School of Law.
