Israel to Invest Millions in West Bank Settlements

Israeli Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that Israel will invest tens of millions of dollars in remaining West Bank settlements, even as it leaves the Gaza Strip.

Netanyahu also expressed support for the new Middle East plan, which was outlined by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and U.S. President George Bush last week. The plan will be voted on by Sharon's Likud Party in May.
