On February 19, 1991, during the first Gulf War, United States Air Force pilot Jeff Fox was shot down over Iraq.

Badly injured, he was captured by Iraqi forces and taken to an Iraqi prison where he was held under dreadful conditions for 15 days. He was deprived of his Geneva Convention rights and repeatedly tortured.

Jeff Fox joins Here and Now to discuss his experiences back then, and to share his thoughts on the present war in Iraq.
