Terrorist Suspect Held by Rebel Group

The most wanted terrorist in North Africa has been held by Chadian rebels since March. The rebels want to hand Amari Saifi over to the U.S. And it certainly wants him, but there are other forces at play.

Last week Libya gave the Chadian rebels an ultimatum, to hand him over or suffer a bombing. But that deadline has passed with no repercussions.
