Afghan Officials Detain American Vigilante Suspect

Afghan authorities have arrested an American man for allegedly operating as a mercenary and running his own vigilante anti-terrorism campaign, complete with a private jail.

They say Jonathan Keith Idema, a former Green Beret from Fayetteville, North Carolina, set up the jail in a home in Kabul where he held men he suspected to be terrorists.
