Butler Report: Pre-War Intel "Seriously Flawed"

A week after the U.S. Senate released a sharply critical report on the intelligence used to go to war in Iraq, Britain's Lord Butler issued his long-awaited report this morning.

It's the fourth official inquiry in Britain into how Prime Minister Tony Blair and others built the case for war.
