Al Qaeda and the Diamond Trade

U.S. intelligence officials and terrorism specialists believe the capture of a suspected Al Qaeda figure two week ago will help crack the shadowy world of the Al Qaeda diamond trade industry.

Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani, who is from Tanzania, was arrested by Pakistan two week ago.

For more on Al Qaeda's involvement in the diamond trade, we turn to Doug Farah, a reporter on leave from the Washington Post and author of the new book "Blood From Stones: the Secret Financial Network of Terror."
