Bush to Redeploy Forces

President Bush announced today a major redeployment of U.S. troops currently stationed overseas. The president outlined his administration's plan at the annual convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Cincinnati, Ohio. Under the plan, the Pentagon would withdraw as many as 70,000 troops from Europe and Asia.
