Are Health Care Costs A Drag for Job Growth?

Health care is a hot topic in this year's presidential election. John Kerry told fire fighters in Boston yesterday that soaring medical costs are slowing the nation's economic recovery.

Nationwide, health insurance now costs employers about $3,000 a year per worker, and that's leading businesses to change how they hire.
