Pretrial hearings in the Abu Ghraib prison scandal began this week. Two reports on the scandal are scheduled to be released tomorrow. One is an investigation chaired by former Defense Secretary James Schlesinger to address whether or not Pentagon officials set clear rules for interrogation in Iraq. The other is headed by Army Major General George Fay.
