Beslan Funerals

Russia began a period of national mourning on Monday for the men, women, and children who died in the siege of a school in the city of Beslan in southern Russia.

The burials began on Sunday, and 120 more are scheduled for Monday.

Officials say more than 350 bodies have been retrieved so far, but the final toll is expected to be much higher.
