Iraqi Prime Minister Addresses Congress

Iraq's Prime Minister Ayad Allawi is in Washington today, joining President Bush in the Rose Garden for a joint news conference. Earlier today, Allawi addressed a joint session of Congress.

At this cross roads in American politics, weeks before a presidential election, and at a time when news form Iraq is grim on many fronts, the prime minister's speech, one of his first before a large audience outside of Iraq, was closely followed.

We're going to let you hear much of it. Also we'll listen in on the press conference as well with Faye Bowers who covers national security for the Christian Science Monitor.
