Story aired: Thursday, October 21, 2004

Well while the world turned, you'll forgive us if it seems to have stopped on it's axis for a moment here in Boston:

The Boston Red Sox made sports history last night, winning game seven of the American League East Championship Series 10-3 against their archrival the New York Yankees. The first time ever that a team's been down three-nothing and come back to win the series. And what a game it was. A grand slam from the previously silenced Johnny Damon plus a strange, and very brief return by pitcher Pedro Martinez.

Guests:

Ron Rapoport, columnist for the Chicago Sun Times

Peter Gammons, baseball analyst for ESPN
