Story aired: Tuesday, November 16, 2004

In the view of the Israeli government, Yasser Arafat was an obstacle to peace. Now that he has passed on, has the obstacle been removed? Does the peace process start up again?

Joining us from Washington is Aaron Miller. He is president of Seeds of Peace. During a 25 year career at the U.S. State Department that ended only last year, he has advised six secretaries of state on the Middle East question.
