Hard Look at Ohio
Story aired: Wednesday, December 08, 2004

Michigan Congressman John Conyers is holding an informal hearing on Capitol Hill today about voting irregularities in Ohio. The Chicago Tribune recently pointed out that Ohio is one six presidential election battleground states where, all told, about 181,000 dead people were on the rolls. And today, a third challenge to the now-official vote tally in Ohio is being launched by the group "Alliance for Democracy." It is asking the Ohio Supreme Court to declare John Kerry the winner in Ohio.

Guests:

Bev Harris, executive director of Blackboxvoting.org, a voting watchdog funded by citizen donations.
