Parents Want Children of Gays Expelled
Story aired: Monday, January 10, 2005

An unusual case in Orange County, California has pitted a Catholic school against a group of parents who want two kindergarten boys at Saint John the Baptist expelled because the boys' parents are two gay men.

St. John's has stood by the gay parents, but the case could end up at the Vatican.

The issue has parents and others debating a larger question: Who gets to go to Catholic school?

Guests:

William Donohue, president of the Catholic League for Religious And Civil Rights

Stephen Brady, president of Roman Catholic Faithful
