Right Looks to State of the Union

President Bush will give his State of the Union address Wednesday night. He'll go before Congress and the nation with the lowest approval ratings of any second term president since Richard Nixon. Yet he's riding a high from Sunday's election in Iraq and from his November election, which he says provided him with a mandate for change.

We'll talk with Tom McCluskey of the Family Research Council about what he's hoping to hear from the president.
