One View: President's Spending Initiatives

President Bush said 150 social programs will get the ax, but he also wants to spend some money the war in Iraq, Palestinian democracy, and new initiatives here in this country.

We speak with Bob Bixby, executive director of the budget watchdog group The Concord Coalition which is critical of deficit spending.
