Homeless Gadfly Mulls Another Lawsuit

The homeless man who once sued a library in New Jersey for kicking him out is back in the news. In 1991 Richard Kreimer won $150,000 after a federal judge ruled that libraries could not ban otherwise well-behaved homeless people, no matter how they dressed or smelled.

Richard Kreimer is considering suing again, this time the New Jersey transit system for booting homeless people out of train and bus stations. And once again he's got the American Civil Liberties Union on his side.
