Harvard University President Lawrence Summers has given in to pressure from faculty and released the transcript of a controversial speech he gave last month.
The speech is posted on the school's website.

His remarks about possible differences in "intrinsic aptitude" between men and women set off a firestorm of criticism.

For a look at the controversy over Summers' leadership, we're joined by Caryn McTighe Musil. Musil runs the Office of Diversity at the Association of American Colleges and Universities and is co-director of the National Initiative for Women in Higher Education.
