Fish and Depression

There's new evidence that seafood may help promote good health -- and in this case, it's mental health we're talking about.

Researchers at McLean's Hospital in Belmont Massachusetts reported last month that omega-3 fatty acids plus uridine, both substances found in fish like salmon, sardines, and tuna prevented depression in rats.
