In Lebanon, the new prime minister has vowed to hold elections. Najib Mikati was appointed this week after the previous government collapsed.

The so-called cedar revolution is in a lull that is to get Syria out of Lebanon and democracy, and clean government into Lebanon

Mosbah Ahdab, a member of the Lebanese parliament, who says he is one of those committed to getting Syria to pull out its troops, its intelligence officers and its corrupt bureacucracy, talks to Here and Now.
