Abu Musab Zarqawi (AP)
Zarqawi Elludes Capture, Computer Discovered
Story aired: Tuesday, April 26, 2005

Pentagon officials are confirming that U.S. forces came close to capturing insurgent leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in late February -- but they did get his computer and with it a treasure trove of information.

Zarqawi has had a hand -- at times a personal hand -- in many of the beheadings, suicide bombings, and guerilla raids that have plagued American forces and the Iraqi government since the fall of Saddam Hussein.

Guests:

Faye Bowers, national security correspondent for the Christian Science Monitor.
