Medical Marijuana

The Supreme Court recently ruled that those who prescribe or take medicinal marijuana can be prosecuted under federal law. That decision sparkled protests from many, including Nashua Telegraph columnist Stacy Milbouer, who in her recent column admits to smoking marijuana for medical reasons.
