Time Will Turn Over Reporter's Notes to Grand Jury

Time Magazine hopes one its journalists will avoid jail time, because Thursday morning the magazine agreed to turn over a reporter's documents in an ongoing investigation of who in the Bush administration leaked the name of an undercover CIA agent's name to the media.
